We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to make a return, please review the following information.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, beginning from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review and resolve the issue.
Items showing wear or damage not caused by a manufacturing fault will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return your purchase and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
We reserve the right to return any item that does not meet our conditions.
If this occurs, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have the item returned to you.
Non-Eligible Returns
We’re unable to accept returns sent back after the 14-day window or items that are not in their original condition.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Store Credit
You can also choose store credit, issued once the returned item is received and approved.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, it becomes the courier’s responsibility.
We will assist where possible, but 19:29 VAULT is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
